Shopping cart system 

We use a company called Gemm for your orders.  We have access to your name, billing / shipping addresses, email address and telephone number.  We do not have access to your credit card details.  Gemms Privacy Policy.

Ordering Direct via the Order/Checkout Form
When ordering direct you fill in a form with your basic details (names, address, email address etc) and then you and your details are transferred to Worldpay (who are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) the largest UK bank.  You then fill in your credit card details over a secure server.   The only information we have access to is your name, billing / shipping addresses, email address and telephone number.  We do not have access to your credit card details.

The information we use is for the ordering process only and we do not sell, trade or rent your details to any other company.  We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect on our site to help make your shopping possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience.

How does RPM Records protect your information

When you place orders, the secure servers encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorized access.

Security

Personally identifiable information is sometimes stored on our systems and is not publicly accessible.  Further, personally identifiable information is only accessed by RPM Records employees on a "need to know" basis.  All RPM Records employees must go through privacy training upon starting work with us.
